SOURCING, FILTERING & ASSESSING

Once we’ve got you POEA accredited, we source and select candidates through our network which has over 2 million CVs. Candidates are filtered, language & skills assessed and interviewed.

VISA & IMMIGRATION

Full management of the visa process is carried out by our Licensed Immigration Advisers, meaning fast and positive approval and arrival to NZ.

DEPARTURES & ARRIVALS

Workers leave the Philippines fully briefed and prepared for life in New Zealand with insurance, flights and work certificates ready to go. We collect workers from the airport, on arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

With a fleet of safe and reliable vehicles, we make sure workers can get to and from their workplace safely. Every worker must sit a compulsory driving assessment when they arrive in New Zealand to ensure they meet driving capability for New Zealand roads.

GREET WITH A NEW START

We welcome your worker to New Zealand and make sure they are at ease. We arrange IRD numbers, bank accounts and insurance. Our after-hours networking ensure workers are comfortable in their new environment so you can relax, knowing they are settled. We even arrange an external trainer to come to your workplace and deliver advice on effective communication and best methods of working together.

NZ SETTLEMENT SERVICES

We arrange clean and respectable accommodation. Workers can use this or stay in alternative accommodation if they prefer. Our team maintains weekly contact with workers to ensure their wellbeing.
